享负盛名法国大厨扬科，自学成才的他从未真的拜师学艺，其女克莱拉也继承了父亲的料理天赋，前途无量。然而尽管她在父亲的麾下展露非凡天分，却暗地里与餐厅厨师安托万相恋，并计画离开餐厅，追寻自己的新生活。然而就在揭晓餐厅是否能摘下米其林第三颗星殊荣的当天，克莱拉的父亲与安托万竟在森林里打猎时双双失踪。
几年后的某天，克莱拉意外得知一场在台湾举办的美食博览会中，似乎暗藏父亲下落的线索，于是她来到台湾寻找父亲的足迹，并从一名台湾新锐主厨的料理中，尝到了父亲料理的影子。
